This fastener cutter is used for punching holes in the fabric before installing 78403 and 78404 DOT Common Sense eyelets. The fabric hole punch is recommended for use with a rawhide maul or dead blow hammer and a urethane cutting pad. This hand tool is portable and easy to use.
