Simply place the cutter in position on the canvas where your Boat Vent is going to sit, press down, and rotate the handle clockwise. One complete revolution provides the perfect 2-1/4” hole for Boat Vent II or a 2-4/5” hole for Boat Vent 3. Using the circle cutter will save time and prevent costly mistakes. The one-of-a-kind device from Vico guarantees cutting at least 2,500 holes without dulling. You can use this circle cutter with Boat Vent II or Boat Vent 3 just by switching the blade around.
