When used as an outdoor window shade, it keeps rooms cooler and prevents furniture from fading. This makes it an excellent energy saver. Made from durable vinyl-coated polyester, the sun screen fabric resists tearing and pet damage.

SunTex is optimal as an outdoor sun shade fabric on windows, doors, porches, and patios. Because SunTex 95 is thinner and lighter in weight, it works especially well in roller shades. Infused with Microban antimicrobial care, the material stays clean for longer. The exterior solar screen hinders the growth of mold, mildew, and stain and odor-causing bacteria.
