Carbiepoles are unique, adjustable (telescoping) carbon fiber poles with internal rigging, used to provide marine deck shade. Easy to install and adjust, they fit regular rod holders and offer shade from the sun at any time of day. Simply place the boat shade poles in the boat’s rod holders, secure the shade fabric to the boat top, attach the fabric connector to the poles, and extend the poles into position.
1 each is 1 pair (2 poles).

Handcrafted with a glossy finish, these silver boat shade poles are used for sun shade, marine deck shade, sandbar shades, sunfly shade, awnings, and other shade applications. Made for the marine industry, Carbiepoles are built to withstand harsh sunlight and saltwater.

Composed of carbon fiber, the poles are more lightweight and durable than stainless steel alternatives. They include high-quality Clamcleat® cleats and stainless-steel rivets. Easy to store, these affordable marine shade poles come with a bag. They are adjustable from 68" to 88" tall. The length of the incorporated cord is approximately 99" to 103". The pole diameter is 1.5".

The poles include clamps and smooth Awlgrip paint for color that lasts. Carbiepoles resist corrosion and fatigue and come with a 1-year warranty on wear and tear.

Product Note:
  • When installing, be careful not to overtighten the clamp.
  • Using the pad eye on the top of the pole, you can install a strap and attach it to a cleat on the boat. This creates equal tension on both sides of the pole, so the pole does not flex while the boat is running.
  • If attaching pad eyes, they must be riveted on (using screws by themselves may weaken the integrity of the pole and may not be strong enough for a permanent solution).
  • To clean, simply rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry.

Poles should be taken down during inclement weather to avoid damage.
