BellBloc 100 is a specially designed PET (polyester) fabric liner system that features a soft touch. This non-PFAS, water-repellent, woven fabric shields the foam insert from external elements. The cushion liner acts as a barrier against mold, mildew, oil, and stains. It offers 25-40% improved moisture repellency over the industry standard.
Breathable and lightweight, the liner features low strength loss to UV rays and heat. Uniquely engineered to reduce foam compression loss, BellBloc extends the longevity of the fabricated piece. This makes it great for pillows, furniture, cushions, and seat backs for outdoor, commercial, and residential markets. It can be sewn or attached using sonic bonding. It also works well for patterning.
Best for projects requiring higher levels of strength and tear resistance. The woven liner fabric features a tensile strength of 90 – 130 lbs/inch and a tear strength of 4700 - 5800 grams/inch. Suitable for use with woven or vinyl material. Minimum order of 10 yards. Made in the USA.
