How can I become a Trican customer? How do I set up a tricancorp.ca account?
- Existing Customers: If you’re already a Trican customer but need online access to tricancorp.ca, please call customer service at 1-800-387-2851 Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm ET. We’ll set you up with a username and password.
- New Customers: If you don't have a Trican account, please call customer service at 1-800-387-2851 Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm ET for more information.
I forgot or lost my password. How can I get a new one?
Go to the Sign In page, select "Forgot your password?", and enter your email address. A temporary password will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive your temporary password within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
If we don’t have a record of your account, please reach out to us at 1-800-387-2851 or info@tricancorp.ca and we'll get you set up.
How do I sign in for the first time?
For your first sign in, use the temporary password that was sent to you. If you do not have your temporary password, visit our Sign In page, select “Forgot your password?”, and enter your email address. You will receive a new temporary password.

Why can't I see pricing for items?
To see pricing for items on tricancorp.ca, you must have an account with Trican, as well as a valid username and password. If you have an account with Trican but can't sign in, please go to our Forgot your password page. If you don't have an account with Trican, please reach out to us at 1-800-387-2851.
How can I view my account info?
After signing in, visit My Account to see your account info. If you forgot your password or have trouble signing in, please go to our Forgot your password page.
How can I change my account information?
To make changes to your account details, please call 1-800-387-2851.
How can I change my password?
After signing in, visit the My Account page and complete the Change Password section.
How can I filter items on a category page?
The left-hand side on most category pages (ex: Fabric or Awning Fabric) contains options to help narrow down product choices, including brand, colour, pattern type, and more.
To remove a filter, simply click the “X” next to a filter name under the "Now Shopping By" section. Select "Clear All" to remove all filters selected.
How do I search for an item?
Use the search box at the top-right of any page to type in a word or item number related to the product you are trying to find.
How can I narrow down my search results?
Once you have your search results, use the filtering options on the left-hand bar to narrow down by brand, colour, pattern type, fabric width, etc. – the same as you can on a category page.
How do I compare products?
On a category or search results page, click on the icon on the top left portion of any product image. After selecting another product to compare, scroll down to the bottom left side of the Shopping Options menu. Under "Compare Products," click "Compare" and you will be redirected to the Product Comparison page. To remove a product, click the “X” next to the product name.
How do I order fabric samples?
Please contact us at 1-800-387-2851 to order samples.
Are fabric samples free?
In most cases yes, but please confirm on the call.
Is there a sample order limit?
Due to demand, there’s a limit of 5 samples per order.
What size are the samples?
Solids are 3x5 and Stripes are 11x4.

How do I place an online order?
First, add a product to your Cart by entering your quantity and clicking “ADD TO CART.” Click on the cart icon at the top-right of your screen.
In your Cart, select “Proceed to Checkout” on the right of the page. After entering your shipping and billing information, select “Next.” Enter your Purchase Order Number in the box provided. Finally, confirm all information is correct and select “Place Your Order.” You will be taken to the Order Confirmation page, which includes your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation.
How do I place a phone order?
Our customer service reps are happy to help you over the phone. You can call in orders to 1-800-387-2851 (Monday–Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm ET).
Why did I not receive an email confirmation for my order?
Trican will send you an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
If you do not receive an email confirmation from Trican, please check your spam folder.

How can I find my order history?
Visit the My Orders page from your My Account page.
Can I check to see if there is a smaller quantity available to ship now, and I can receive the rest later?

How can I sign up for paperless invoices?
You can sign up for paperless invoices by calling us at 1-800-387-2851.
What forms of payment are accepted for purchases?
Trican accepts Visa and MasterCard.
How do I pay for my order?
If you place a phone order, you'll provide payment over the phone. If you place an online or email order, we'll contact you to confirm the order and receive payment. For your security, we do not save credit card information.
How can I view shipping charges?
You can estimate and select shipping methods in the Shopping Cart during checkout. You will be able to view the charge for each shipping method before submitting payment.
How do I add a new shipping address?
On the “My Account” page, select “Manage Addresses” in the Address Book section. Then click "Add New Address," enter your information, and click "Save Address." You can add more than one shipping address.
When will my order arrive?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information if available.
What is factored into shipping costs?
Shipping costs will vary, depending on your order and the shipping methods you select at checkout. You can best meet your budget by estimating and comparing shipping methods in the Shopping Cart during checkout.

What is Trican’s return policy?

Does Trican have a preferred carrier?
Goods to be shipped by courier will default to Purolator. Call us at 1-800-387-2851 to arrange truck shipments.
How do I sign up to receive emails from Trican?
Our personalized emails are a great way to find out about new products and special promotions. To sign up, simply navigate to the bottom right corner of any page of tricancorp.ca where you'll see "Sign Up for Our Mailing List!" Just fill out the form and hit “Subscribe.”
